Yard Sale Goodies

It's time for Rhoda's Thrifty Treasures Monday. I did pretty good this week although there weren't too many sales.

I wish I could have found more than one of these little stocking holders.

I think I'll put this on my counter to hold all the veggies from the garden.

How cute is this chip and dip platter for a buck? It reminds me of something my grandmother had. I love it!

I love fall, I wish it was time to hang this new find!! Make sure you hop over to Rhoda's to check out more treasures!

I think I'm going to spend some time outdoors today. That is if the rain holds off for awhile. Have a great Monday!

  3. Hi Shauna,
You definitely did well! The two-tiered metal stand and the chip/dip dish are probably my favorites.

You asked about taking pictures at the estate sale. I definitely went straight to the person in charge and asked for permission. She said "sure, but just don't take a picture of ME." Naturally, I respected her wishes. In fact, she'd point to things she thought were interesting and say "take a picture of that."

As far as taking pictures of people in a crowd in public places, I'm not aware of any problem. Particularly since I'm not selling/promoting anything. Just reporting for fellow bloggers.

If you hear otherwise, you can let me know.

    Thanks,
    Bill

  4. Oh I have that tiered rack. I've been considering painting it black. I can't decide. I was hoping you were going to paint yours so I could see it first. LOL I like the idea of putting fresh veggies in it. I have some on the counter right now that could go in it. It's sitting on top of the fridge, sadly empty at the moment. Love your other finds, too, and am definitely going to become a follower.

  8. You got some good deals. I like the container you will use for your veggies. I need more counter space for one.
