Buffalo Chicken Pizza
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 (2 ounce) bottle hot sauce (I used Franks Original, always the best!)
1 (8 ounce) bottle blue cheese salad dressing
1 (16 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
PREP: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook and shred chicken
1. Prepare crust per instructions, roll out on a foil lined cookie sheet. (Spritz the foil lightly with Pam so it doesn’t stick)
2. In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken, melted butter and hot sauce. Mix well. Spread whole bottle of salad dressing over crust, then top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
3. Bake in preheated oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let set a few minutes before slicing, and serve.
You can sprinkle green onions on top too. Crazy good!

ReplyDeleteI did it, I made your buffalo chicken pizza...I thought this is going to be great or we are going to be eating peanut butter and jelly tonight if this is awful...It was fabulous..very good.I had to cook mine about 20-25 minutes and I used chicken from a rotissarie chicken..add some garlic powder over the pizza before cheese..It was a wonderful tasty pizza and alot easier than making the wings...Thank you for posting this..I am also going to be posting it on my blog, mine didn't look as great as your but the taste was there...
